Smart Start Child Care was designed to allow parents the peace of mind knowing that their child is in an environment where they can develop intellectually and socially through love and learning. Smart Start Childcare believes in providing an educational environment in a loving community setting. Within our little community children are involved with warm, loving experienced adults. The curriculum offers developmentally appropriate activities that foster individual cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Smart Start educates and cares for children between the ages of 6 months and 6 years of age. Our program is dedicated to helping your family move smoothly through the many transitions in your child's life, and eventually to make the easy transition to elementary school.
Our curriculum is age appropriate, and we have done the research to know at what age your child should be able to write his or her name, recite the alphabet, and count to ten.
- We put children first, respecting each child as a valued individual with distinct interests and opinions
- We are sensitive to children's varying abilities and learning styles
- Our educational program provides children with the foundations for learning through experimentation, creativity, and problem solving
Each child is a unique individual and treated as such! Children's ideas, thoughts, feelings,and opinions are always taken into consideration when we are involved in decision making, problem solving, or limit setting
